I do know it is a good market for buying players with little regulatory oversight and restrictions. Whereas it is about the worst market possible to do major capital projects.

Well cost of construction isn’t going to go down. It may level, but that’s optimistic. We have major international conflicts escalating that could make things way worse before they get better.

We kind of have to shite or get off the pot with the new arena. If we’re waiting then we’ll likely keep kicking the can down the road and pay more.
