Never played basketball in a football stadium, but I wonder if that's a disadvantage for 3 shooting teams...depth perception or whatever. Might favor the team that scores their majority in the paint.

Or it may not matter at all.

It would seem to matter and be somewhat of a disadvantage (maybe even just bothering differing players to differing degrees) for teams that shoot a lot of threes.

Depth perception. The bench you have to step down. Players on the bench are watching at players knees level. Elevated court, saves on sidelines and baseline could possibly hurt a player based on elevated court.
