Just pay the buyout and give the reins to Petrino. It’ll either be successful or a complete shite show, either would be entertaining nonetheless. Or pay an absurd amount of money to get Elko back and just hope for the best

Just promote a good recruiter and let him hire OC and DC. At least he will let them do their jobs without interference.
