It’s definitely a tough decision for HY if we go 3-9. Bet on him turning it around next year and this being an anomaly or risk going 3-9 again next year and making the job near impossible to sell again. Outside of the paycheck, I wouldn’t want to be in his position.

If we go by Arkansas football history. When things go bad here, they go bad here.
If Sam goes 3-9 this season then it is likely that he lost the team and next season would just be another terrible year as history has shown us.
The average stay is four years and unless Arkansas wins out then Sam is done.
