I don't think Milroe has the freedom to adjust the call like Young did. On that play where Milroe got blindside sack, He knew that guy was coming in hot, because he was looking at him directly right before the snap. Not much he can do about it.

A large part of it is pass protection up front combined with Milroe low QB Iq and the fact he goes down too easily for his size and athleticism
