The one thing that I am positive about is how many of our young guys are getting significant playing time, and frankly, looking good doing it. We only have 3 seniors in the 2 deep. We are going to be a great mixture of deep, experienced and talented. The only position group I look at and get concerned about is offensive line.

I obviously still think we need an offensive coordinator calling plays. We need someone who is less predictable and can look at our personnel and design plays that maximize our strengths. For example, maybe run less zone, get the ball to our playmakers in space, or utilize RPO rather than play action.

But next year won't be about talent or experience. We should be more talented and experienced than any team other than UGA next year, especially with how much teams like Kentucky, Tennessee and FSU are losing.

Next year I'd like to see, in addition to a new OC:
-New OL Coach(es)
-New WR coach
-New ST coach

Pretty much we need a major upgrade on the offensive staff.

We are young but not as young as some people think. We have a lot of 3rd year players + starting I think. Redshirt sophomores are not young that is for sure. I do think Napier got some recruits that should be good by next season though.
