As far as QB expecting a true freshman to be good enough in 2024 is probably foolish. Unless Miami is fools gold right now their QB is back to form under a new OC I think and they have equal talent and might come in and beat us in the Swamp next season if that QB returns. Then after that game its murderers row in the SEC but there is no excuses in year 3 when you had 2 bad years before that. If you have what it takes you don't start with 3 bad years in a row. Some take 3 full years to get things going like Dabo and the FSU coach but you won't find a championship/playoff contending coach in the modern era that had 3 poor full seasons to start things off.
