Back in my day (not that long ago) if you’re a man (18+) and go up to another man and say “frick you, pussy”, you fully understand that you are going to get punched in the face (or worse) and waive your right to any claims, damages or restitution.

The lsu player had no reason to deck him simply because he was being obnoxious.
