Can we talk about Kirby's weak answer about rivalry?

Someone asked Kirby if he agrees with Freeze on the "hatred" in DSOR.

I dont care what Kirby says, we have to go to 2005 to find out 4th most recent win against them. Start fricking winning or get them off the schedule.

Most of us don't hate players for rival schools. Some of them are friends of the players on our team. Coaches are a mixed bag. I think Kirby is as dirty as a crackhead's butthole but I don't hate him.

I only hate Alabama. I know technically other teams are considered rivals, but I just view them as competitors.
Honestly I have known several athletes that have played at different places and they laugh at the fans that get upset at them talking and hugging after games. They tell me that it is like a big frat and that only them can appreciate all the work that goes into practicing and playing.
