bro, hear me out....the other alternative is for a multi millionaire (who has access to a private chef and Dietician on staff and a whole staff of guys that would be happy to personal train him) is to lose weight. It isnt that fricking hard.

at the very least, get a script and start lifting during the day when the strength coaches lift and eat with the team and only what you are told to eat...frick not that hard to not be 300lbs.

and im not hiding behind a phone, i would tell him that to his face just like any respectable person would. Its not that hard to not be way morbidly obese.

Imagine having access to one of the best fitness centers money can buy, at the place you work, and nutritionists, etc, and also making millions of dollars per year.

I'd like to think I could manage to not be a hambeast.
