I’m curious about this. Can you elaborate?

Apparently the WSJ has adjusted their methodology to focus on outcomes and salaries more than reputation/ prestige.

I'm going to assume that if we compare like for like colleges/degrees - Business School, STEM, etc. UT is probably ahead - again I'm just guessing.

So maybe UT score has been diluted by all the non-business and non-STEM degrees they offer that result in a much lower ROI.

Because salary outcomes seems to be the big disconnect between the scores of the two schools.
