If that's their QB room, there's probably only a couple teams with more prospects. Texas I guess would be, not really sure who else has more.

If your talent looks like trash on the field, there's 2 options. One is the talent was misevaluated, the other is it's not being coached up.
You can miss on a prospect, but if it's EVERYONE, then the issue isn't the guys on the field, it's the ones running the team.
