How did we completely lose our running game in one off season?

On top of that, it seems we want to dink and dunk for 8 yards at a time through the air, which is not KJ's forte.
I was happy about the Enos hire, but not so sure anymore.

There have been several times a RB could’ve got some good yards if they followed the block or hit the open lane, but they continue to tap dance and lose the opportunity

I just don't get why we aren't trying to occasionally throw over the top of the d. Let's make that D cover the field instead of them bunching up right to where we're going.
