I would suggest that the Daddy's of those girls probably did a great job raising those girls. Doing a good job as a Daddy does not mean your kid ain't going to frick up, do stupid shite, get in trouble etc etc etc. Being a good Daddy means your kid will be a kid and grow into a decent adult. Unless you have some information beyond those girls being slutty looking during a football game, a common experience (have you had trick or treaters come to your door in the last 20 years?????) you are in no position to judge them or their father's or mother's for that. They are young woman, possibly still children, and as such they are going to do stupid shite and some of it is going to seem strange to a mature adult. It is not indicative of poor parenting or a bad person, it is what it has always been indicative of, youth and youthful judgement. It is damned difficult to be a young person today, the last thing they need is a bunch of frustrated middle aged folks judging them....
