The last two Starting pitchers for the Dodgers in the series were both College Pitchers that Auburn faced in recent years.

On Saturday the Dodgers started Emmet Sheehan. Sheehan was a starting pitchers for the 2021 Boston College team that came into Auburn. Sheehan started for the Eagles and was pulled after 2.0 innings I think he was responsible for 8 runs in 3 innings not recording an hour in the 3rd before being pulled.

Auburn won 15-1.

On Sunday the Dodgers started Billy Miller. Miller started for Louisville against Auburn in the 2019 CWS. Miller went 4 innings giving up one run before the game was suspended....

Louisville won 5-3 to eliminate Auburn.

There isn't a better developmental organization than the dodgers.

I agree. It’s amazing how they are able to keep the minor league loaded even though they consistently make moves.

Braves aren’t slouches at all in development. Maybe up at the top. For years there have been starters all over the league that came up through their system.

The Dodgers are actually in the process of building back up now.

If the previous 3-4 years had been loaded then Chris Taylor, Kiki Hernandez, Wong and maybe 1-2 others would not be regulars in the playing rotation.
