The question is if Bama's strength and conditioning is better now than with Cochran.

I think the best answer is its what Saban wanted. I think the new guy does a much better job of taking bad weight off of guys and adding size to hard gainers.

Well for sure dont think it hurt. In 202o they won the natty. In 2021 they won the SECC and played for the natty but the 2021 and 2022 groups were the worst LOS teams of the Saban era.
I think 2023 is the first year the new guy has had the same type of toys to mold that Cochran did.
