Went to LSU in 2007. Nice bunch. Several asked us to tailgate with them and the fans we sat next to in the upper deck shared their bourbon. I’d give them nicest from my experience. Epic Game.

Went to Alabama in 2010. I tailgated with friends that were Alabama fans there. No issues. Sat next to some really nice Alabama fans. Also an Epic Game.

2011 Georgia and 2013 Tennessee. I really don’t remember their fans being rude or nice. They just went about their day. Neither game was close.

I’ve never had a bad experience away, but I also don’t showboat or bring it on.

^This. I think most fanbases are actually pretty nice to opposing fans so long as you're not being over the top or rubbing salt in an open wound. There are a few bad apples and exceptions but people are mostly there to have a good time and if you're not a douche you generally don't have to deal with many douches.
