If you look at the tape, he obviously hurt his shoulder in the k state game. If people don’t think that would affect your passes, then those are people who’ve never thrown a pass. I predict he will be much better this year with a better corps of receivers and, hopefully, a better o-line.

Hoping and praying he's better is no way to evaluate your most important position when he blows 3rd down plays and misses wide open receivers and your in week 4..Mizzou will be screwed and Drink will be an OC at Ball State

I am talking about how many open routes he did not identify. I don't think he was ignoring those throws because he felt he couldn't make them; often they were easier than throws he attempted. Even announcers sometimes pointed out what he wasn't seeing on the field.
I hope a more secure line can give him enough confidence and time to find those routes.
