Actually Biden did say it would keep you from getting it. Anyone with the slightest bit of biology knowledge knows that’s not what vaccines do, they don’t prevent you from contracting a virus. He misspoke, which isn’t uncommon for him. Any person in the medical field however will tell you the vaccine does make the effects of Covid much less severe and less transmissible. That, masks, distancing did slow Covid down making it less likely to mutate.

I do think there has been an uptick in cardiac events since Covid, but no one has any definitive evidence that it’s the vaccine or the actual virus causing the swelling. We know other virus’s increase myocarditis risks, so it’s more likely the virus is what is causing this increase. That may be too reasonable of a comment for this board though.
