The ACC looks like this:

ooking at the Big 10 now, there are several tiers as far as value:

1st tier
Ohio State
Michigan
Penn State
USC

1st tier
FSU
Clemson

This is a mistake. FSU and Clemson may be first tier in the ACC, but they aren't in the same tier as the 4 Big 10 teams (or the SEC first tier). They are 2nd tier.

IF... the SEC was lacking big games and matchups, FSU and Clemson might make sense. They are not. So these 2 schools do not add to the geographic footprint and so I don't see added value and therefor very unlikely they will be added. Look to the states of North Carolina and Virginia as that adds Raleigh/Durham and DC area. IF something happens. But the posted stating SEC and ACC are all under ESPN umbrella, it would add no value to them to swap teams around in the current footprint.
