You’ve stepped into a conference boasting 14 Nattys over the last 20 years, 13 of which have happened since the last time Texas did anything of note. Y’all are firing guys who can’t get to 8 wins a year. LSU has fired two consecutive coaches who brought national championships to the institution.

All that matters here is what you’ve done lately. So I’d advise you to take a quiet moment of self reflection and think about that. Maybe ask Aggie how that Texas bravado worked out for them.
