2000 Georgia Tennessee(Full game with Radio)

It took me two years to find this game with Larry and Scott. When I did it was one of the happiest moments ever.

Living in Chattanooga, it's been my favorite too. Took my fiancé to this game, her first game, and she's been a Dawg ever since.

Quincy had so much talent. If he had just stayed away from drugs.

That was a weird game for me. I was AJ Suggs head coach/offensive coordinator during his middle school years at McEachern. He had played RB in lb ball at Due West and his dad wasn’t crazy about me moving him to QB in the 6th grade but it ended up being the right decision. Especially after he kept growing taller. His brother Andrew played QB for me a few years later.

I always joked around and told AJ I couldn’t wait to see him in the red & black but he chose UT. Really hated that because UT owned us at the time. But that night I was proud of AJ as you would expect from someone who had coached him for 3 years but also wanted the Dawgs to win. I still remember seeing him walking through the mob at the end of the game. Felt bad for him but happy we had broken the streak.

Donnan should have never said that he'd waited his whole life to coach that team - but it WAS loaded with talent.

The series that sealed that game was the goal line stand that happened right in front of our seats. Good old fashioned bone jarring football with UT running it right at seymour and stroud.

I was friends with Todd Donnan and went to a presaeson practice at the stadium. Sat next to David Greene's dad. Anyway I remember watching a 'shell' passing period and thinking there must be something wrong with Quincy. He completed just one pass the entire period against the shell defense.
