Well, it's looking like this will be the Cap One Bowl matchup (assuming Oregon St wins against Oregon next week (certainly not a gimme), otherwise, Ohio St will be in the BCS). Both teams will be meeting in Florida in January, but not in the game most of their fans thought preseason.

What do you guys think about this potential match up? I haven't seen too much of UGA and don't know that much about them, but just judging from records, scores, etc, it seems like this will be a very good game.

Moreno vs. Wells Stafford vs. Pryor

Interesting matchups.

I have to pull for the sec in this game but I would expect it to be a good game.

Big 10 performs much better outside the BCS bowl games so I would expect teh Bucks to hang aroung for about 3 quarters. Georgia 27 Bucks 14

OK!!

SEC=2
Big 12=2
Big Ten =Penn State
Pac 10 = USC
Big East =1
ACC =1

At large will be UTAH AND Boise State.

I was kind of hoping for some redemption against LSU in the Cap1 this season. Yeah...
not gonna happen.

To be honest though, I think playing UGA would do more for our credibility. 0-10?
God I hope not.

No way both of them make it over Ohio State.
Ohio State brings too much money with it for the bowls to pass up for Boise.

Zero chance BSU gets an at large over us.

They should. BSU is unbeaten and OSU has two losses. But its a moot point as long as Oregon State wins next week.

Ohio State fans better hope for the other OSU to lose so that USC is sent to the Rose Bowl.

I am kinda hoping we could see an Ohio State- USC rematch to see if USC can hang 50 on them this time!!!!!!

Disagree. Oregon State goes for the Pac 10 and USC gets an at-large. Utah does still get the other at large.

In general you're right though, Penn State goes over Ohio State, and O State plays georgia.

Which I think will be a good matchup. they both have the same "boring" offensive styles, relying on their talent to win the games. Many would probably pick another SEC blowout...but I think it would be very close. I'd hope Georgia pulls it out

i would be pumped for this game. one of the best non-bcs bowl game match-ups in a long time. itd be more fun than last year for uga when we were in a bcs bowl.

If we played them in a rematch, I think they'd only beat us by 2 TDs, max.

It was better when I started using it at halftime of the Troy game, but it still applies.
