What makes this so bad is how good Tx recruits. I went back to 247 recruiting rankings and uses 09 to 21. Since it takes a year for recruits to get on team, and then you look at no conf titles in this same time frame:

Now, go back and look at their records from 10 to 22. 91-72. Crazy how bad they did when factoring recruiting. Its a culture problem.

Its almost impossible to do so bad compared to how good they recruited. This spans 4 coaches too, so its not that or recruits. Its culture. I mean in the 21 season you have 18/19/20 recruiting classes of 3/3/9 and go 5-7? WTF
