No. Kelly and Kirby have faced off 3 times. I mean, go ahead and pull out the "Not while he was at LSU!" card. But then Orgeron is not at LSU either anymore. Fact remains, that Kelly, your current coach, has faced Kirby three times and not beaten him.
If Orgeron beating Kirby in his 3rd and 4th year as a head coach is brag worthy then so be it. And let's not forget. It took the "greatest team to ever grace college football" to win one of those matchups.

That was a lot of effort for me to just remind you that LSU fans don't give a frick about what Kelly did at Notre Dame.
