I've only been to Sanford Stadium once. It was Curly Hallman's first game as LSU coach. Georgia thumped LSU and it was the quietest stadium I've ever been in. Never saw the fans get rowdy inside or outside the stadium. Maybe that game was a one-off but it was like going to church.
