Lots of times it’s the same game, just two different fates.

2001 SECCG broke Tennessee & made LSU.

2011 rematch & Yeldon game broke Les Miles & made Bama dynasty of 2010s.

The games are just symptoms though, not causes. Fulmer was in decline & Saban was rising — when we really won was when we hired him.

Les Miles was always broken. We were doomed when we didn’t fire him after the Tenner timeout game… or after he tried to leverage the arkansas job for more money… or after ppl found out about his off the field issues & chose to stay mum… and many times after.

We won when we hired Kelly, and if we beat Bama again this year the 2-pt conversion will be seen as that moment. Championship programs are made in the offseason.

Then you went out and got curb stomped by TAMU. You lost 4 games and 3 were embarrassing. Can't you think of a pivotal moment in your program under Coach Saban that gave LSU football relevance? Dude, you sound like a 5-minute egg.
