I love your little snide slick shots. 9 wins with victories over LSU, Auburn, and State would probably garner a banner in Oxford.

They don't even have to actually win anything to throw up banners

You really got us on that one.

Know what you'll always have to live with? The best football team in your school's putrid football history lost to Bo Wallace, who was basically hobbling the entire game, and an Ole Miss receiving corps decimated with injuries. All you had to do was beat Bo Wallace to make the inaugural college football playoff and you couldn't.

How on topic is that? In the most meaningful game of his college career, Dak Prescott couldn't beat Bo Wallace.

If you read my responses in this thread, I've acknowledged over-and-over again Dak won meaningful games. I've also acknowledged those "top ten wins" in 2014 weren't actually over top ten teams. Nevertheless, State won them and looked good doing so. It's not like State had any control over where LSU and A&M were ranked when they played them. Finally, I've acknowledged anytime Mississippi State wins 9 - 10 games in a season and/or beats LSU in Tiger Stadium or Auburn whatsoever, it's a big deal. All three of those can be true at the same time and, frankly, they are true. Ole Miss and Eli Manning have nothing to do with these undisputed facts.
