Arkansas is the south. Its a good fit. South Carolina is unquestionably a good fit. OU, UT and Missouri are not the South with the exception of graciously 33% of Texaas (geographically....population wise far more than 33%). ATM is in that part of Texas and is a good fit for the most part. The other 3 programs are similar but the fan bases are not close. Oklahoma, in my experience, comes close to a SEC fanbase.
