That's why most of their games were like 13-6 as you mentioned, 13-0, 17-10, 17-12, etc. I love defense and actually liked watching the 92 Rebels. I'm sure most thought them boring.
They had the two-headed QB monster of Tommy Luke and Russ Shows. lol
You're right that it was a pretty good year, capped off by a victory in the Liberty Bowl over Air Force. You'd have thought we won the Super Bowl, plus it was incredibly cold.
I did get to perform at halftime with Eddie Rabbit, so that goes on the resume of course
