Its a multi day event. Flying makes little sense when you consider all but a few schools are within a half days drive of Pensacola (and Hoover for that matter). There aren't a lot of people willing to fly to those places for a baseball tournament. They will however drive to the beach for an extended weekend with some baseball thrown in.

if you’re gonna leave when your team loses I guess but everytime i’ve gone to hoover i stay for the championship win or lose
