For those of you that do not know Rickwood is the oldest baseball park in the country. It has a lot of history behind it. I think UAB plays one game a year at Rickwood. I’m not really a baseball fan at all but I think it would be kinda cool to hold the SEC tournament there and may even show up to go to a game. I bet all the players involved would enjoy it. Let everyone wear throwback uniforms. I bet the players would enjoy that a lot.

no, fans don't want it in B'ham period. Its a crappy city with not much to do. Plus the throwback jersey idea would never happen at a tournament that half the teams don't want to be at, and the other half are taking really seriously.

Move it somewhere that allows families to do more than just baseball.
