It’s ridiculous how that area has grown since the 70s when I was up there.

If your whore arse women would quit pussy trapping visiting vacuum cleaner salesmen then you would not have this problem.

The good news is that Fayetteville's growth should slow down. The bad news is because we are at the point you pretty much need to start building high rises. What I expect this means is that a lot of the growth will be moved over to the already rapidly NW Arkansas cities of Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville. With Siloam Springs likely next on the list to explode.

It sounds funny, but this is Fayetteville. Thirty years ago we had some shitty multi story places that were being used for Section 8 housing. Now... if I owned a construction company I'd be wiping my behind with hundred dollar bills up here.
The Fayetteville I loved is slowly going away and that happens. Thank God Bottom's Up is still here to spread STDs and lower property values!

That's a pretty good clip of growth for a small city. Weird to think of Fayetteville as a city of over 100,000 people, which it is right this minute.
Looks like Springdale has slowed down a little, and Bentonville/Rogers is taking off faster. I was in Bentonville at 5:30 pm yesterday on A Street downtown and it looked like Boulder or something. At least 50 mt bike bros standing around the Hub swapping ride stories. Such a weird reality there now.
I'd propose a new slogan for Bentonville: Like Fayetteville, but Half the People, and Twice the Traffic!

Fayetteville has at least one city council rep who's competing to be on the level of a radical loon council freak from the likes of Portland or Seattle
even the other leftists on the council have recently left her hanging by herself on fricktard rich white woman leftist stances
