Ok, time for facts.
The statement from Auburn clearly stated this was for a violation of Athletic Department policy.
It is 100% not illegal under the revenge porn law.
No one in this thread has shown what law Jarquez would have violated. (He had not been charged with a crime).
We do not know who has been suspended.
We do not know if the girl in the video filed a complaint. (Required for Title IX), it seems unlikely that she filed a complaint.
It is highly likely the girlfriend (who I believe is also a student) who posted the videos committed crimes.
Facts: folks at Auburn are not overly concerned.

I’m having a difficult time reconciling these two statements.
First, we don’t even know who posted the videos, just like we don’t know who has been suspended.
Second, if your theory about the ex girlfriend were true, what law has she broken - given that Jarquez shared those videos and images to a group chat, forfeiting his right to the “expectation of privacy?”
