So let me get this correct.
Completion%: Levis > Young and Richardson
YPA: Levis > Richardson
Passing TDs: Levis > Richardson
QBR: Levis > Rishardson
The Titans got Levis in the seond round while Richardson went 4th overall and Bennett, with an all world team surrounding him, got a 10% discount at Chilis.

Richardson's 40 time really boosted him. At his size, he still would have been the 7th fastest WR at the combine. That being said...he was truly Jekyll and Hyde throughout the season, and it was a gamble taking him. I sure wouldn't have spent a 1st round pick on him.
