In year 2 he had a respectable 65% completion rate in mop up duty and in the only game he was set as a starter with a game plan built to him he completed 68% of his passes in a convincing win against a decent defense.

But I get it, UGA fans are unfamiliar with decent much less good QB play. So I can see how these things would leave y’all bewildered.

This seems odd since Bennett threw for 4,000+ yards and a 68.3% completion rate. Those stats would be off the charts in UT fans head for Milton, yet sub par for a Georgia QB. You can't make this up.

Honest question. If Milton throws for 68.3% and over 4,000 yards what do you think Tennessee's record will be? Your trope was always Bennett was bad and we survived on our defense. Tennessee does not have a very good defense.

Bennett was a 250 yards a game that played for the only team that he could be successful with. 270ish yards a game 3 to 1 TD to Int isn’t very impressive in todays game. 20 years ago would have been but by comparison, Hooker was just a few yards under 300 yards a came (expectations would be over 300 yards if he plays more than 10.5 games) 13.5 TDs to INTs with a better completion rate. And Hooker has the size and arm to play at the next level. Milton more so.
