Sorta.
Texas has 1 football title since 1970. LSU has won all of its titles except 1 since 2003. Baseball is pretty much the same. Very similar basketball results over the years. So, yeah, great in different eras, but similar results.

Pretty much everything Texas has done has been pre-1970, while everything LSU has done has been post-1970.
