I’m pretty sure your “college factual” source is using pandemic numbers. The tip line revenue figure on their chart is over 60 million short.

Yup.

Factor in AD's are non profits & the books are not managed conventionally. You can start with the University credit for the scholarship value.. that's $200-330k right off the bat. Despite these factors there are several programs that still hit "in the black" each year.
