There has been no confirmation yet that he saw the text before arrival. The text is, at best, circumstantial evidence and the DA’s office isn’t going to charge him if receiving a text is all they have. Even if they did charge him, more would likely be needed to convict him of anything.

It is difficult to draw a line from receiving the text to intended to aid in the commission of a crime by Davis and Miles.

Even without a text. How is driving and delivering a gun to someone that ends up using the gun to kill someone shortly after not a crime?

It's called a polygraph or better yet.... they should waterboard him for the truth.
