Personally, I do not think that it is good public policy to allow LEOs to lie to suspects, but that is NOT the question presented in this discussion. Unfortunately, there is also nothing in the text of the Constitution (that pesky Strict Constructionism again) which PROHIBITS the state from lying to a criminal suspect in all circumstances. I would explain the reasons for this, but (again) we both know that you would not understand the explanation, because you are an imbecile.
