why your Miranda Rights remind you that you have the ability to keep your mouth shut.
The 5th Amendment CLEARLY gives you the right not to incriminate yourself, but I see NOTHING in the 5th Amendment which requires an LEO to REMIND you of that right. Pure Strict Constructionism. But the liberal Warren Court pulled that nonsense out of its collective arse.
