Why would anyone walk into that trainwreck of a situation without a long term guaranteed deal? The only way they were getting anyone was to overpay and guarantee it.

That's why I don't understand the hate he's getting on the tiger rant. I have one watched y'all play twice, and they were arse whippings. But while most rebuild jobs are 2-3 year tasks, he walked into a total clusterfrick and had no chance this season.
