Can someone explain this to me about a bar tender serving drinks to a person who knows that he will be driving drunk after he leave the bar? That a driver ended up killing someone by running over the person while drunk. Is this anywhere near the same thing as this article about the person being involved in shooting due by given the gun that was being used to kill a person?
