Ok? The fact it got reported to police changes absolutely nothing about my point.
You’ve argued that Miller shouldn’t be suspended because he hasn’t been proven criminally culpable. That same logic applies to the situation at ND. By your own argument, Kelly was right not to suspend him.
They both should be/should have been suspended. That was wrong then, this is wrong now.

Then why aren't there threads all over the board by LSU fans castigating Kelly for the same thing? And why were so many LSU fans heatedly defending him when he was hired?

You should be asking this if your own fanbase. He's just pointing out that your coach would have behaved no differently here.
