How so? It's been over a month and the evidence is what it is for the prosecution of those that committed the crime. There will not be any more evidence to come forward that makes what you are wishcasting to happen.

Becasue if he didn’t, and if he didn’t see the text, that would have been stated and repeated by the attorney multiple times
