Alabama has already made its decision that Miller did nothing wrong. They’re not going to indict him outside of the courtroom. We’re just going to have to wait to see what comes up. This is not me condoning what bama is doing just merely observing.
IMHO, he will never be charged. But it will come out and be clear he knew the gun was in the car and that miles wanted it for his “faking it” encounter
And once that comes out, the ncaa/ sec could have a play potentially, or the Bama president comes out and acts “shocked” and fires Oates/Byrne

How so? It's been over a month and the evidence is what it is for the prosecution of those that committed the crime. There will not be any more evidence to come forward that makes what you are wishcasting to happen.
