I've not seen the texts nor do I know if Miller knew what was going on

But I do know this. UA has a policy prohibiting “the possession, transportation, and use of firearms and other dangerous weapons on campus at any time.”
Miller 100% broke that.
Did Miller know what the situation was is the next question that needs to be answered. If he did know, that's accessory to a crime.
Anybody got the answers to those questions?

Where did Miller house the gun?

Again. Where does Miller stay and where is the gun housed?

Miles left it in the backseat of his car. He didn’t house it

Most of the scholarship Alabama athletes live off campus in houses and apartments. I don’t know where any of those specific players live though.

The gun was housed where Miles left it earlier in the night, Miller's back seat.

Anybody got any answers as to if at a minimum Nate Oats didn't lock down Miller's privileges? Curfew? A chewing out that told him he better be a choir boy the rest of his only season there if he wants to keep playing ball for him and his wokeass school? Anything? Or did he just let him go on like nothing happened? He called Ray Lewis back in mid January, so we know Oats knew many of the details and similarities back then.

Any ordinary student at any ordinary University would have been called before a disciplinary panel over what the Bama players did, regardless of being charged with a crime, and would have been expelled

Why does any of that matter?

He lives on campus. Therefore the gun is on campus. Period.

Buried in a mason jar off campus...

You’d have to assume he kept it somewhere on campus. You need proof that Miller knew a gun was placed in his vehicle while on campus.

All freshmen are required to live on campus.
The only exceptions:
We expect all full-time freshman students live on campus, unless they meet at least one of the following criteria for exemption:
- Live within 60 miles of UA with lineal relatives (parent, grandparent) or legal guardian
- Live in Tuscaloosa property owned by a parent (proof of ownership required)
- Married and/or have dependent children in residence

Why shouldn't it matter? He's a kid up to no good. Everybody seemed to know Miles was shite. Or does Oats not have to have control over the program? If he let Miller act like nothing happened, kinda says it all. Complete lack of respect for the safety of people out in the city too. And the future of Bama basketball will suffer with this kind of crap, but that's just funny.

Good thing he's in jail.

Darius Miles wasn't a freshman.

Duh. It was in a safe location off campus. Rules say it cannot be on campus. Give him some credit. Also, he scored 40 last night.
