If someone saw him hand the gun to the murderer and then the weapon is fired he's guilty. If nobody saw it, then there's no crime. this isn't the NCAA where you just have to have circumstantial evidence. But nevertheless, he's guilty in the minds of other SEC fans and that will never change simply because it's Bama.
