This is the only full timeline regarding Miller’s involvement that we’ve been given to this point, and aligns perfectly with there being no charges filed against him and no disciplinary action taken by the university.

Every bit of this is 100% in evidence. Texts, dash cam video, video from buildings, probably audio from the dash cam too.
You act like his lawyer said this while we’re waiting for charges to be pressed.
