re: Bama fans: Why was Miller blocking the road?

As far as I know there are more than enough cameras around the scene to have a very good idea of how it went down. If the cops or DA had any inkling that Miller was trying to block the escape of the victim, they would not be saying you he didn't do anything they could charge him with. I know a woman who was arrested for blocking another woman's car in a freaking Walmart parking lot and nobody even got shot. I really find it hard to believe things happened as you are imagining them. If Miller illegally detained a person that wound up murdered, there would have been some mention of it.
